Domestic Shipping (US):
We will ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) and UPS. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If your shipping address is a PO Box, you must select a USPS option or your package will be returned to us.
We do not accept C.O.D. orders. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
International Shipping:
We will only ship via the USPS for any shipping address outside of the United States:
USPS First-Classe Mail international - Usuallty it will take about 2-3 weeks for devliery, can take up to 6 weeks or more. NO tracking and NOT insured. In the case a package is lost in transit, we are not responsible for replacing the order. (Usually the package won't lost if your provide a correct shipping address.)
USPS Priority Mail international - Usually it will take about 1-2 weeks for delivery, but it can vary depending on your country's custom or local post office. Tracking number is avaiable for this shipping method.
USPS Express Mail international - The fastest and safest way, tranking number is available and package is insured.($100)

Without notice, all the orders may take 1-2 business days for handling and testing.
Return Policy:
We do our best to offer you great quality about every item we sell. Every product will be strictly retested before shipping. We accept this item back if they are returned in the same package and same condition as you get it within 7 days after item shipped to your location. You will get an exchange or refund (please note that all refund items will carry a 9% restocking fee ) . Buyer are responsible for ALL exchange/return shipping and insurance costs. DOA or defective item must be reported within 3 days after item shipped to your location or an exchange/refund will not be granted.
